We offer the full line of dry and liquid fertilizers as well as custom blending on both, plus bagged fertilizer and ag lime.

LIQUID FERTILIZER

Edd’s specializes in liquid fertilizers, offering a variety of options, including custom formulas.

The Basics: These products are supplied by PotashCorp and used in mixing starter fertilizers.32%N, 28%N (Golden Uran), 26-0-0-2S (Suran), 10-34-0 (Poly-N), 21-0-0-26S (Amithio), 0-0-62 (Soluble Potash). In corn production, Golden Uran is often used as a carrier for pre-emerge weed control, visit miraclemovers.com/. Suran is usually used at side-dress to provide the corn plant an extra boost of sulfur.

Row Starters: Our most popular row starter formulas are

15-15-2 with Zn&S
12-20-2 w/ Zn&S 

Two zinc micros are available in our starters, the standard is ammoniated zinc.  The premium zinc is Trafix Zn, a chelated product, offering more available nutrients to the plant.

 

AlfaStart: 16-5-5  Weed control can be added to this fertilizer if planting a pure stand of alfalfa.

Wheat Starter 8-20-20

Soybean Starter 4-10-10

Any custom formula is available to suit your individual needs, especially for specialty crops or to compensate for extreme nutrient levels discovered from soil testing.

DRY FERTILIZER

With a 10-ton dry fertilizer mixer on the premise, Edd’s can also provide custom dry fertilizer mixes.

The Basics:  0-0-60 (Potash), 11-52-0 (MAP), 18-46-0 (DAP), 21-0-0-24S (AMS), 4-17-40 (UREA)

In the spring, ESN, a slow release nitrogen is available.

Lime: Hi-Cal Lime (37.8% Calcium/0.6 % Magnesium), Regular Lime (21.2% Calcium/ 11.2% Magnesium)

Hi-Cal Pel-Lime is also available.

Bag Fertilizer: Edd’s offers premium bagged fertilizer from Agrium.  These fertilizers are manufactured (not blended) to ensure uniform nutrient delivery to the plant.

6-24-24   13-13-13   14-28-4   16-4-8 (each of these has a micro-nutrients in the formula)

Edd’s Supplies rents machines to apply these products.  Dry spreaders and liquid applicators are available for a charge.  Nursetanks to transfer liquid fertilizers are available free of charge with purchase of bulk fertilizers.

On-farm storage tanks are also available for lease or purchase.
